Officer (Admin & Procurement)
Number of Position
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor in any discipline with 5 years of working experience in Admin and Logistics works.
Preference will be given to incumbents who have experience in related government-supported skills development programs;
Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali are required;
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential;
Excellent typing skills in both English and Bengali are a must.
Serve as the key point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external stakeholders;
Provide direct administrative support to the project staff;
Conduct and administer the day-to-day activities of the project;
Facilitate logistics, resource management, procurement, and administration procedures and documentation;
Maintain office equipment and inventory supplies, orders, and replacement of supplies under the project;
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor;
Assist Chief Coordinator and others on HR-related issues;
Assist PIU to organize meetings, special functions, and social events as and when required;
Keep records of office attendance;
Manage official vehicles and transportation schedules;
Assist in procurement of goods and services;
Assist in maintaining inventory of goods procured under the project;
Perform any other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator.
