Asst. Coordinator (Finance)
Number of Position
Qualification & Experience:
Master/MBA in Accounting/Finance with a minimum of 07 years of working experience in managing finance and accounts of reputed projects/enterprises.
Bachelor's degree in the same field with 12 years of working experience in managing finance and accounts of reputed projects/enterprises.
ACCA or CA partly qualified candidates will be given preference.
BTMA-SEIP will be given preference to the incumbent those who have experience in related government-supported skills development programs.
Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bengali. Versed knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, typing in English and Bengali.
1.Keep books of financial and procurement records on a regular basis as per accepted standards.
2.Produce monthly accounts of administrative and project budget expenditures of the project;
3.Support external audit team in auditing of project finds;
4.Prepare reimbursement and withdrawal documents for project funds;
5.Ensure reconciliation of accounts with banks and development partners;
6.Prepare monthly, and annual reports for submission to the government;
7.Prepare final project accounts statements at the end of the project for submission to SEIP as well as the concerned government office;
8.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Coordinator-Finance and Chief Coordinator.
